Central Skagit Library System is governed by a five-person Board of Trustees.

CSLD Board meetings are held at the Sedro-Woolley Library at 110 W. State St. and are open to the public. Regular meetings take place at 7:00 pm and typically fall on the 3rd Thursday of the month unless otherwise stated.

If you would like to make a public comment at an upcoming meeting, you may attend the meeting in person, join the meeting online, email your comment to admin@centralskagitlibrary.org with subject line "Public Comment," or mail it to Central Skagit Library, ATTN: Public Comment, PO BOX 665, Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284. Comments received after 5:00 pm on the day of the meeting will be added to the record of the following meeting.
